Delivery in Romania
The shipment takes place by specialised and refrigerated courier.
Once the order has been placed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
We currently deliver our 100% Grass-Fed Angus beef to:

Return & Exchange Policy
Angus Farm products are fresh and therefore perishable following inappropriate storage by the consumer, for this reason the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal or refund, with the exception of some specific cases:
- the delivery has not been made
- the packaging is damaged
- the product is not suitable for consumption
- incorrect or incomplete order with respect to what was agreed
The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal or refund is 48 hours after delivery by sending an email to contact@angus-farm.com
The shipping costs associated with the return of the Products are charged to the Customer.
The Product must be returned intact and in its original packaging. If the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal in a way that does not comply with the methods and terms referred to in this article, he will not be entitled to a refund.
The user is solely responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from improper handling or use of the Product, other than that recommended.
