This agreement is for an indefinite period.

Sales Price

All sales prices of the products displayed and indicated on the angus-farm.com and angus-farm.ro websites are inclusive of VAT and all other taxes.

The presentation of goods in the aforementioned online store does not constitute a binding offer by angus-farm.com or angus-farm.ro for the conclusion of a sales contract.

angus-farm.com or angus-farm.ro may refuse an offer from the customer without stating the reasons, especially if there is a suspicion of professional resale of the goods by the customer.

Terms of Purchase

All prices shown in the shop windows of the site, in the product sheets and during the purchase phase are indicated in Lei. In the event of a discrepancy in prices after the purchase order, the Customer may notify this by telephone or by e-mail and withdraw, without applying any penalty, from the purchase commitment undertaken.

The Customer can purchase the products in the electronic catalog of angus-farm.com or angus-farm.ro at the time of placing the order. The images and technical data accompanying the data sheet of each product may not be complete and exhaustive of its characteristics. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by angus-farm.com or angus-farm.ro via an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address supplied by the Customer. This confirmation message will re-propose all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections.

The contract stipulated between the Customer and angus-farm.com or angus-farm.ro is to be considered concluded only after angus-farm.com or angus-farm.ro has sent the contractual acceptance e-mail. By placing the order on the angus-farm.com or angus-farm.ro website, the Customer declares to have read the conditions of sale, the proposed payment methods and the entire purchase procedure.

Considering that some food products such as meat can undergo a small variation in weight, we inform customers that the cuts of meat can have a tolerance of about 20 gr.

Billing

For each order placed on the angus-farm.com or angus-farm.ro sites, Angus-farm srl issues an invoice / receipt for the material shipped. The invoice/receipt is issued at the same time as the order is processed and normally accompanies the goods in the envelope placed on the packaging or is being sent via email. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer during the purchase procedure is valid. After the invoice has been issued, it will not be possible to make any changes to the data indicated therein.
